I can't remember my password to login to the control panel for my site. How do I go about getting a new password?

Solution: To receive a new password you can go to the forgotten password page which will email you a new password for logging in to the Helm Control Panel.

After I sign up how do I pay?

Solution: After you have signed up, you will receive an email with your account user name and login information. Once you receive your account details you can log into the Control Panel, select billing and pay using PayPal or 2Checkout (2CO).

Note: Remember you must pay within 5 days from signup or your account will be cancelled!

What type of payments does Vebro Hosts accept?

Solution:

What nameservers must I point my domain name to?

Solution: Point your domain to the following nameservers.

Question: How Many Sub Domains
How many Sub-Domains can I have on my account?

Solution: You can have as many sub-domains as your plan allows so you might have support.yourdomain.com, order.yourdomain.com, products.yourdomain.com.

Question: Multiple Domain Hosting
What exactly is Multiple Domains Hosting?

Solution: You are allowed to host as many sites as allowed in the domains quota of the Hosting Plan. Each site will be allocated with its individual web resources such as site files, mailboxes and databases etc. This means you can have a homepage for yourself, an online store for your business or whatever – all under the same account without any additional cost.

Can I purchase domains names through Vebro Hosts?

Solution: We do not directly sell domain names, but we have a partnership with GoDaddy Domains (http://www.godaddy.com) which is our recommend domain name provider.

Question: Data Backup
How often is my Data Backup?

Solution: Non-critical files such as site files, mailboxes are backup weekly while critical files such as database files are backup daily. You are advised to keep a local backup copy of your files. There will be a $50 restoration fee per request.

Question: Diskspace and Bandwidth
Can I purchase additional diskspace and bandwidth?

Solution: Yes. No prepayment required for additional diskspace or bandwidth! Additional Diskspace can be acquired for only $50/500MB and Bandwidth for $50/1000MB.

Question: Mail Component
Is CDONTS provided in all your hosting plans?

Solution: CDONTS has been phased out in Windows 2003 and replaced with CDOSYS for improved performance and security. Code changes are usually minimal as a similar interface is provided by CDOSYS.

What ASP components do you have installed? Do they cost extra?

Question: Bandwidth Calculation (Month to Month)
Doesn't the bandwidth get reset month by month?

Solution: Yes, but you will only see the last 30 days from the current date. Our system calculates from beginning to end of month and if you exceed your alloted bandwidth then you will receive a notification via your control panel and your on file email address.

Do you have webmail for my account?

How much inbox space does each address have?

Solution:

We do not place any restriction on the maximum diskspace allowed in your mailboxes as they are part of the diskspace allocation in the respective Hosting Plan.
